Cannot port forward on the Archer VR1600v

Hi,

I am trying to open port 25565 to run a minecraft server for my friends and cannot seem to open the port. 

I have done the virtual server (attached) and disabled firewall but the port still seems to be closed. I have also read through other tutorials on how to port forward but still doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

I found the issue, my server needed to be running when i had to check, it wasn't working last night but then this morning I tried again and it worked
