I cannot reset my TPG email password. When trying from the "new emai;l login page for TPG Post Office" I recieve the following error:
account.tpg.com.au sent an invalid response.
I have been on the TPG phone line for 30mins so far and am hoping someone has some knowledge of whether a fix is even possible.
Just spoke to TPG support - as it was one of my slave accounts, the master account's password needed to be reset, which would impact all my slave accounts. Then have to fix all of those. Decided to wait till the migration to The Messaging Company rather than cause issues with reseting all slave accounts with new passwords for each.
