Cannot send messages from TPG email - Rejected with return messages saying "554 icp-osb-irony-in10.iinet.net.au"

 

Hi

 

I’m trying to send email messages from a TPG account email alias to personal contacts with iinet and ozemail addresses but am receiving rejection messages saying, among other things, “554-irony-in21.icp.internal.iinet.net.au”

 

Unclear if it’s a problem with iiNet or TPG

 

Any suggestion of who to contact would be helpful, please, to resolve this problem.
