Get online support
Regularly receiving emails from someone claiming to be TPG and advised of a billing issue. I ignore them until I have time to investigaate. Again trying to simply sign in to internet. cannot sign in, Dont receive email sent to email address. I then Have to call you and you are always taking bhours before anyone can answer the phone. I am totaally sick of the entire charade! is there an issue with my account or not! Why can I NEVER get this addressed on line!!!! (No surprise that your phones take hours to answer if no one can ever get onto the web site anyway!P)
