Cant close account due to moblie # change

I've changed my mobile number and can't access my account, I wish to cancel my service as tgp is always slower than 5mbps and I think I'm on 100mbps. I've tried to call and talk to 10 people before but I get no where. I JUST WANT OUT!!!
