Thanks for raising this to us, we'd love to help and get to the bottom of this. To better understand the situation please post a screenshot of the error message, also test if sending emails using our post office.

I am unable to send emails from outlook live. I have changed my password and refreshed but still wont send.
It always used to work
If the email works fine using our post office and incoming emails is working using the client it could an issue on the outgoing email server.
Please post the screenshot of the outgoing email server setting on this thread, also confirm if the desktop/laptop is connected to Home Internet or Mobile Data and provide us the name of the ISP.
Note: If the desktop/laptop is connected to a different Internet Service Provider you need to use their provided outgoing email server.
They do send from the TPG page.
I also recieve emails fine into outlook live it just wont send.
