Cant use apps on 5G

Hello,
I've read all over this forum that there is a know issue with sagmcom modems, ipv6 and being unable to use some apps via a 5g connection.
I'm having this trouble on both phone and TV and can't use multiple devices over my home wifi.

I see some people have bought a new router to put in between, but I'm not that technologically savvy.

TPG now have a Nokia modem, will this solve the issue if I asked for it to be replaced with that one?

Also, do TPG have another means of contact other than phone call.

So many apps - tenplay and stan on TV.
Sweat, compass, woolworths and countless others on my phone (everyday there is a new one I can't use). They do not work on 5G. But they do work on mobile data or by hotspotting my mobile through my TV.
I am so tired of this and I can see there are so many others with the same problem.
