Change/Switch from Home to Buisness plan for static IP

If you have changed your home plan to a small buisness plan just to get the static IP I would like to hear how the change over went. Was their any issue, down time, problems after or any other issues since the change. Was it a simple account change online or did you have to deal with customer support over and over. And what about the IP, did you have a choice which one you get, can you change it yourself if it is one that has been used for online fraud (I have had this issue on my dynamic IP where my online banking was stopped cause an IP allocated to me was listed as bad). Also did the change over effect anything with speeds or maybe with your other tpg services like mobile plans.
