Change of NBN plan

I'm posting here after trying for three days to make contact on the Live chat support.


I changed plan on the 25-3-2020 after trying to contact TPG for 6hrs.

Our NBN speed was around 25/5. Are needing faster speeds. Around 45/10 would be fine.

Your plan suggests I will achieve 85 in evening. So I assumed I would get a better result then 25/5

Got confirmation below....Re-started modem.... Now getting around 10/1.... This is half what I was getting prior to "upgrading".

I have tried for past 2 days to join online chat with tech support but no luck.

I understand it’s difficult situation but I need this fixed asap.
