Good afternoon. I have been trying to upgrade my NBN plan from $29.95 plan to $49.95 plan.
I've tried to do it on-line myself only to get an error message each time. I then spent many hours waiting on chat supports yesterday, only to be disconnected or told to "send an emal". One operator said that a priority message would be sent to the changeplan team and to wait for an email. Nothing has happened.
I sent two emails to the changeplan team, I receive no response.
Can I get some help please?
