Changing from TPG DNS to 3rd Party DNS

I am trying to change router DNS settings to Next DNS or Open DNS so I can block adult content and pornography. During my 3hr testing I have discovered that your supplied router continues to use your TPG DNS for name resolution even though i have specified a 3rd Party DNS. Can you please investigate this and advise?

Router is HUAWEI HG659
