Charging money multiple times after cancellation

I have cancelled my internet service back in May and TPG is still charging money even untill now. I had 3 phone calls with their customer service and was promised to stop charging and refund. TPG is still charging me without giving me refund. I will never choose TPG again as my internet provider.
