Chat function not working

I have been trying to use your chat function over the last week. I connect with customer service, but then they don't see my response so they then disconnect.  

This has been happening for the last week. 

Can you please advise what is happening and if you can fix your chat function. I am not the only one with this complaint.

I'm having exactly the same problem.

Then when I emailed the helpdesk, I just got a message saying my service was connected and stable. They didn't address my problem at all.

I've been trying now for 2 weeks to get in touch with them but no luck so far.
