Cheltenham 3192 nbn down

Nbn down since 7 pm 27 Jan 2018. Still not available now, cannot reach to technical service support. Someone experiencing the same?

We do not have reported issue in Cheltenham. This might be an isolated case. Do you still experience a connection problem on your NBN service?
