Hi there,
I have signed-up for TPG 5G broadband recently and received a Sagemcom modem. Initially testing has found there are random dropouts and large fluctuating speed. Just wondering whether it is possible to swap to Nokia Fastmile modem instead?

TPG support engineer has contacted me but all they have suggested is to move the modem around. I don't see any point since everything was working using my previous Nokia modem with a Vodafone data sim. I was also told they have no control over which modem gets sent out from the warehouse, is that the case?
