Clontarf outage 2093

Hi, no service for a few hours in 2093. Nbn modem reset but still flashing on downstream. I'm on HFC. When will service be restored. Running business from home and need service.

I've checked nbn site and no outages.

I've managed to check on your connection and it shows that your modem already has internet access.
