Close my account

Hi, I have been trying to close my account for weeks now. I have spent hours on hold with no success, and online chat is also not working! My internet hasn’t been working for about 3 weeks now, also having no success on line to have this rectified. There are no facilities available online to close my account myself.  Basically I’m paying for a service I cant use. Can I please have my account closed with immediate effect.  A more efficient service should have been put into play by now with Covid 19, and /or NBN rollout.
