I refer to the above subject complaint number re the NBN installation and refer to the several phone call attempts made by TPG which last for one ring and then revert to sms requesting I call 1300023575 which refers me to chat support. This is very frustrating as we are getting very frustrated with this run a round. We have not had any satisfoctory resolution or rectification from NBN with the installation at our home, Our complaint has been thoroughly been conveyed to TPG and all we get is a one second call and subsequent message.
