Complimentary speedboost got disabled after moving houses

I had complimentary speedboot of 250mbps available till August. I moved houses and the boost is gone. I had confirmed with customer support about the boost before moving but I guess they did not follow through.

Hi @pksrivastava , please be advised that the free speed boost is already forfeited once a customer processed a change of plan or relocation.

This can't be reinstated.

I confirmed with the agent during the call for relocation that the boost was going to stay. Am disappointed with the lack of consistency.
