We don’t have internet. I spoke to TPG this morning and was told it was a modem issue and an engineer would call me…nobody did. I called back TPG four hours later and was then told (after some more tests) it was a problem with NBN. I have since put my address details on NBN website to see if there is an NBN network problem and it’s showing no network outages. I need to know what the problem is! I have a Huawei modem and was told by one person that is the problem.
