Connecting phone/SIM to TPG wifi

I'm trying to connect a new phone & non-TPG SIM to my TPG wifi, but I keep getting an 'IP configuration failure' message. Any suggestions?

The error message " IP configuration failure" means that your router or modem may be failing to assign a proper IP address to your device.


Usually, this issue can be solved by simply restarting the router or modem. 


 If the issue persists after restarting the modem/ router, please let us know.
