My TPG account name is xxxxx,
It’s been almost three weeks our adsl conection keep dropping off and reconnect to the internet. The adsl light keep blinking and the internet light is off. I’ve done the modem reset and unplug - plug in the modem power and still not working. Even changed a New Modem this week, same thing happening.
Can you please help me with this problem urgently.
It appears that there are issues on the lines outside that would need attention from our 3rd party provider Telstra. I have asked them to look into this. Our technical escalations team will contact you directly using the mobile number on file to provide the latest update.
An SMS was sent to the mobile number listed on the account. This is in relation to the onsite Technician that will be sent out to check the lines outside. Your presence is not required unless otherwise directed by any TPG representative.
