Connection issue

Since yesterday my connection is unstable with spikes whole day. Internet keeps going off countless of times.
Does anyone having this trouble?

My connection constantly keeps dropping out since yesterday I tried to reset the modem and nothing seems to work. It is happening like every 5 minutes.
