Connection issues

For the last 2 weeks my internet connection has been unstable, off one day working the next for a few hours. Now no matter how many times I turn the modem on and off and yes I check with nbn aswell... for the past 2 days I've had no connection whatsoever. I've lodged faults but you say nothing's wrong because when you check magically it's the same time as I get it to work for an hour. I work from home and this is beyond frustrating.

Are you able to confirm the ticket number that you got when you lodge a case via TPG App?
