You reassured me that my HG659 would go on working until I installed the TP-Link. Today, net is working but not the VOlP. Based on other posts on this forum, it looks like TPG have prematurely deleted my HG659 VOIP settings now that I' m awaiting the new modem to replace my HG659. Callers can't reach my home number and are getting 'Can't be conncted at this time. OCA0188.' And outgoing calls cannot be made. Need the settings for existing HG659 retored urgently while waiting for new router, as need phone for disabled wife!
