Connection issues

I have upgraded from NBN50 to NBN 100 and have been facing connectivity issues since the upgrade. Internet keeps dropping. Speeds fluctuate drastically and smart tv unable to connect. Tried logging a fault by calling TPG. Got through to an attendant after 2 days of calling. But still nothing done to fix the problem. Can anyone help how to get about getting this fixed?

Hi @Sailesh,

 

Are you still using the same modem/router? How often do you experience the dropouts? Also, do this happen both over wired and wireless connection?

Yes I’m still using the old router. The mobile phone now connects to the wifi network without dropping out. However, Samsung smart tv and iPad while connects to the wifi says it does not have internet connection. The wired connection to my computer works fine.
