Get online support
Has been happening for about 10 days now.
Connection on route drops out every 20 minutes or so.
Have changed adapters and phone lines to try to resolve the problem - unsuccessful.
Have tried changing routers to resolve the problem - unsuccessful.
Computer is connected to modem/router through LAN cable, nothing connected on WIFI.
Googled error messages on router's log

Appears to be LCP issue with TPG?
