Connection port

Hello, I have a nbn box and need to connect the modem. I do not currently pay for pay tv however there is a cord with the dual connection (in/out) however there is also an nbn wall port. Which one do I need to use? I can’t get it to connect. Thanks

I assume you are with TPG NBN HFC, you have to use the NBN wall port for the NBN box. We did an article that you may use find helpful, see link below.
