This is less than half the speed it used to be please adjust my bills accordingly or sort the speed out I believe this is intentional to try and force customers onto crappy equally unreliable nbn service

I now have no servive whatsoever (again) please can you put the settings back to what they were as even though it was slow at least it was working. I also think TPG should send me a free of charge data sim for use when my broadnband screws up I'm having to buy extra data on my mobile as fallback for the continuing unreliability of my broadband
