Connection stability

Hi All,

I'm currently experiencing a very unstable internet via my PC's WIFI through to a TPG moderm.

My PING hovers around 25ms but jumps to 100,500 or even 800ms every 30secs or so.

Its very frustrating to try and use whilst this is happening. any idea how to fix this?
