Hi got no connection at all since yesterday morning,I live in rosehill around parramatta area .

Thanks . Can you arrange someone from the technician department to at least come and have a look at the connection here at my apartment unit ?its almost a week now without internet. The suburb is Rosehill not Rose Hill thanks
