Consistent dropouts

Hi, I’ve been with TPG for over 5 years, have had a very reliable experience but recently my connection keeps dropping out, it will run fine for some time, varies a lot and then simply drops out and reconnects. Sometimes for a minute, worst has been about 10 mins but it will continue to occur indefinitely.

Recently was contacted by TPG if I wanted to upgrade to NBN, approx 1 month ago and has been happening ever since that conversation coincidentally.

Need a fix as it’s become somewhat unusable when streaming Netflix/YouTube

I  can see dropouts on your line. 

can you  please, just connect your modem only, without filter, (Make sure nothing is connected to any wall socket), 

once you did,  please send me a PM, I need to run some test, if still failing, I can lodge to Engineering team for you for further investigation.
