Why cant i get the Speeds that i paid for ?

I got on the front foot and paid for the 90meg plan before the Covid19 hit.

 

Why can i only get speeds, even off peak around the 25meg mark? Can i pay 1/4 of my bill, because that is all that you are offering me speed why and not what i am paying additional money for?

 

I am happy to provide the speed test information for you over the past fortnight.

I just checked your sync speed on NBN tools 

 

Operational Status Up   RTX Actual Throughput 43753.0 kbps 106647.0 kbps
Service Stability STABLE   RTX Actual Net Data Rate 44199.0 kbps 107735.0 kbps
Service Speed Indicator Service is performing within specification. Performance Trouble Tickets should not be lodged for this service.   RTX Attainable Throughput 44980.0 kbps 123859.0 kbps

 


your sync speed is faster than your plan,
I am pretty sure, looks like wifi Issues,

please connect your PC or laptop by Lan cable run the speed test
Also if you modem nearby always use 5G wifi,
if your modem far from your devices, definitely you may experience slow speed
WIFI still got limitations. Like walls, distance, neighbours wifi frequencies.
one of the standard issues is poor wifi adapters(Hardware on phone and streaming devices and PC etc.)

please do your testing
