Hello,
We're currently on NBN FTTC and have been experiencing constant disconnects since some TPG maintenance work was done in our area (Concord NSW, 2137) on 08/11/2021.
In the logs the below ppp3 message appears many times each day after each disconnect (Archer VR1600v):
19 | 2021-11-25 10:11:11 | PPP | Error | ppp3 |
20 | 2021-11-25 10:11:09 | PPP | Warning | ppp3 LCP down |
21 | 2021-11-25 10:11:09 | PPP | Error | ppp3 LCP down |
22 | 2021-11-25 10:11:09 | PPP | Error | ppp3 User request |
What additional information would be required so we can get an answer on what is happening?
