Constant drop outs

Has anyone else experienced constant drop outs in the past month? We have had issues with tpg's modems. They seem to last around 6 months and then the issues start. Since just before Christmas we have had long dropouts, as much as 18 hours at a time. Had no internet since around lunchtime and of course they are closed today. Can anyone suggest a decent modem/router we can buy that isn't from tpg?

I am sorry to know that you're having dropouts to your service. I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and this has been raised to our Engineering Team. Based on our Engineering Team's assessment the caused of dropouts was the modem/router itself and a replacement for your modem/router has been approved. I sent you a Private Message for more details.
