Constant dropouts

Hi,
For the last few weeks I have been experiencing constant dropouts. The NBN box appears to still be connected, on the white modem it says no internet. The only way to fix it appears to be to cycle both the NBN box and the modem. It has gotten progressively worse to the point where I get multiple dropouts in the same hour. This isn’t acceptable while working from home. Can this please be looked into.
