For 3 weeks now the service has been constantly dropping out constantly, ofter now every 15 minutes for 1 to 2 minutes a time and the trend has got worse over the last week. Also, the upload speeds are very often no more than 0,1 Mbp.

How useless are you people?
The issue is widespread and constant over months and all you do is flounder, flubber, deny, deflect, blame NBN, blame users. One thing you DO NOT do is FIX IT!
