Have100/40 fttn. I get continual dropouts and resyncs daily. TPG has sent out an NBN tech who repatched my connection at the node to a different line. Issue still persists. It's impossible to speak to anyone at TPG. Have been on hold with them for 3 hours plus for days at a time. Any mods who can raise a ticket for this?
I have the Huawei 658 modem which I suspect is the issue.
I e had NBN out twice in the last fortnight to "fix" things but I'm still experiencing constant drop outs. I'm unable to reach tpg support. Do you have any suggestions?
