New connection today.
Cant connect with the above router.
Done all the steps.
Appliances can see the TPG connection but still says it is not connected to the internet
Also have the orange flashing light which is firmware updating?

What type of NBN you have?
Are you under the bundled with VoIP plan or Data only (BYO)?
