DNS Hosts in host record do not exist

Hello,

Recently, our business mail server started to get "deferred" log messages for mail sent to my customers on another ISP's mail service.  To cut a long story short, the delegation record for my static IP address is resolving to:

ns1.static.tpgi.com.au.
ns2.static.tpgi.com.au.

These name servers do not exist.

Can someone please help me to escalate the issue to get the problem fixed?

Kind regards,

Adrian
