Hello Guys,   I need your help again.   We have a business account with TPG and for the past six or so years we have had no problems with the connection.  However, something went wrong aroud 3/4 May and we suffered huge connection time out issues.  The problem is fixed now, but in the process we have been shifted from our original static IP address onto dynamic IP, which changes everytime we reboot our gateway device.  We need the static address, because  our servers host our business web site and our mail server.   I spoke to someone at customer service, but I think that there was some confusion about what I was asking.  Are you guys able to help me?   Kind regards, Adrian ... Hello,   I have read the other posts about this problem and I have reset the password, but the problem is not fixed after two days.   I know what caused the problem and I suspect that this elevated the "fix" to a level where a password reset won't cut the mustard any more.  I have since rectified the root cause of the original problem.   Can someone please clear the spam block for me?  The email address is the main one that starts with ja   Thank you, Adrian     ... Hello,   Recently, our business mail server started to get "deferred" log messages for mail sent to my customers on another ISP's mail service.  To cut a long story short, the delegation record for my static IP address is resolving to: ns1.static.tpgi.com.au. ns2.static.tpgi.com.au.   These name servers do not exist.   Can someone please help me to escalate the issue to get the problem fixed?   Kind regards, Adrian   ...
