I am having periodic problems with my service. Every 15-30 minutes my connection will drop out for a couple of minutes at a time, or I will experience 2-5 minutes of extremely slow speeds.
When the connection drops out, I recieve a 'DNS Server not responding' error from the troubleshooter.
Resetting the modem does not solve the problem.
Help would be appreciated

We have located the account using your community details. We have checked the status of your connection and we are detecting a fault on the line at the moment, which is possibly causing the issue.
Having said that, we have escalated this to our Engineering Team for investigation and if there's a need to send a technician, you will be advised by the case engineer via SMS or a phone call.

We've seen that you have been in contact with one ofo ur Engineers and advised that Telstra booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 20/Jul/2019. Your attendance is NOT required.
