I am having periodic problems with my service. Every 15-30 minutes my connection will drop out for a couple of minutes at a time, or I will experience 2-5 minutes of extremely slow speeds. When the connection drops out, I recieve a 'DNS Server not responding' error from the troubleshooter.   Resetting the modem does not solve the problem.   Help would be appreciated ... View more
