Get online support
Yesterday, the internet stopped working at around 9pm. The light for the internet on the router is red. Tried restarting by turning off and back on. Tried resetting by pushing the tiny button at of back of the router. Tried plugging the ethernet cable in different ports, still not working. The light is still red.
