DSL and INTERNET LIGHT NOT WORKING FOR OVER 24HOURS

I called yesterday to let you know my internet and DSL light are not working, the guy I spoke to wasn't helpful at all and told me someone would call me back within 24 hours! It's now been over 24 hours and my internet is still disconnected! I need WIFI for my full time job plus my kids need it for school. I need this resolved and I need someone to call me to tell me what is going on!
