DSL light not on

Hi
The DSL light is not on and so my internet is not working, I’ve checked the cord connections, turned it on and off etc however it is still off and I cannot use the service. I have checked for outages and there are none, can someone please help? I have lots of online work that needs to be completed this weekend so I am very concerned.

Let us help get to the bottom of this. The flashing DSL light means the modem is having issues to connect with the line. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation.
