We have been been with you, as an internet provider, for the past several months but have never had an issue such as the one present today. Using an ‘AC1200 Wireless MU-MIMO VDSL/ADSL Modem Router’ with the NBN FTTN50 package the dsl light has been on, along with the power and wifi light but no internet since the evening of 7/6/23 (English, not American) unfortunately.
We have tried all of the usual solutions, such as turning it on and off, even for several hours at one stage, and calling tech support. Would anybody here have any other suggestions? Tia.
