DSL not working

Hi, my dsl is not working on my modem which is model number - VX220-G2v.
I have had a message from TPG saying my nbn was all set up.

What type of NBN do you have? 

If it's FTTN/B, then we need to check if there's a fault on the line.

If it's FTTP, HFC and Wireless, then DSL light will not light up since you'll be using the WAN port.
