Why won’t TPG allow me to know my data usage ?
I spent half an hour on the phone trying to get it , eventually was told that an email with the details would be sent, nothing has come through .
The website says that if the plan has unlimited usage then it’s not shown on a bill . WHY can’t I get it , WHAT are they hiding ??

Hi @della, usage reports are available online for consumers who have chosen plans with download limits to assist them in managing their usage to avoid service throttling. We do not provide usage reports online for customers who are on unlimited plans given that is not service affecting.

You can send us your account details via private message and we'll make sure you will receive a copy of your data usage via email.
