Dead NBN modem after a storm

Our NBN modem has stopped working after a storm on the weekend. I logged a fault through the app (Fault 12120989) early this morning and have not yet heard from anyone. What is the wait time to get a call back and a resolution to the issue?

 

I cannot find a method to query faults in the app or through your website!

Once you have logged a fault through TPG mobile application, the updates will be provided via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.

 

You may send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number for us to check the status of the fault.
